A Culture of Philanthropy has been held up as the ‘holy grail’ of fund development. But what does it actually mean, and how do you acquire it for your organization?  Join us for a three-part SketchPad Professional Development Seminar Series that will help you understand what is involved in this profound culture change and how to take the first steps towards gaining:
  1.  Valuable Community Partners
  2. Increased Donor Loyalty and Retention
  3. Greater Board and Staff Engagement
  4. Larger Gifts
  5. Abundant Resources

We encourage you to bring a team to this series! Implementing a Culture of Philanthropy is most successful when you have buy-in from both development and program staff, as well as board leaders.
